１つだけ（勝手に）生まれたものを簡単にご紹介しますと、“ベテランクエスト”という企画では、若手社員に「ベテランのことを知る」というミッションが課されます。話をいろんな観点から聞いて、進捗度が100％になるとコンプリートでその社員の話を聞き終わったという証がもらえます。さらに課長をコンプリートしたら「課長マスター」など、組み合わせによる実績もあります。

この企画の面白いなぁと思うところは、この活動によってコミュニケーションが起こるのはもちろんですが、若手とベテランの組み合わせを意図的に作成することで、ノウハウの共有も行えるというところです。例えば、”アイツは最近営業が上手くいってないから、トップセールスと会わせよう”とか”逆に一度伸び悩んだ経験のある人に会わせよう”などが考えられます。ゲームによってつながりを楽しくデザインするというのはとても面白い観点なのではないでしょうか。
